NEW ORDER CUT OFF TIMES FOR VICTORIAN & INTERSTATE DELIVERIES

 

All Interstate orders must be placed no later than 12pm Mondays.

All Victorian Orders must be placed no later than 12pm Mondays.

Airport to Airport Fees are do vary with the current Fuel Climate issue. Please note Delivery will be charged

along with packing fees once order is ready to ship

All Prices are subject to change without notice this includes but is not limited to previous or current 

wholesale stock lists. WE DO NOT PRICE MATCH. Regardless of when your order was placed.

PAYMENTS:

OVERDUE PAYMENTS CAN LEAD TO ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR CANCELATION AND MAYBE SENT TO A DEBT COLLECTOR.

ALL TROPICAL FISH ORDERS GOING TO WESTERN AUSTRALIA NEED TO BE OVER $600

THIS PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE IN SHIPPING FEES OR PACKING FEES.

 

Minimum Order Must be over $350 for all tropical fish 

Delivery -Orders  $350 will incur a Delivery Fee $45(Melbourne Metro) $50 applies for Regional

PAYMENTS

ALL PAYMENTS - MUST CLEAR BEFORE SHIPMENT IS MADE- PLEASE NOTE THIS CAN TAKE 1-2 DAYS PROCESSING DEPENDING ON HOW PAYMENT IS MADE. THIS IS NOT SOMETHING BEYOND AQUATICS WHOLESALE CAN CONTROL THIS IS A BANK PROCESSING STRUCTURE.

THERE FOR ALL ORDERS ARENT PACKED UNTIL PAYMENT CLEARS. (THIS USUALLY OCCURS FOR FIRST TIME PURCHASES)

Please note- All orders are prepaid prior to delivery, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

 

(Rock/Wood/Substrates)

Minimum Order is $400

Delivery Orders $400 will incur a delivery fee of $55 and $15 Weight Surcharge Fee. (Victoria State Wide) Regional a $75 delivery fee is applied

 

Orders  $600 will incure a delivery fee of $55 and $15 Weight surcharge fee applies. Victoria State Wide. Regional a $75 delivery fee will be applied

Orders above $600 free delivery will be offered and weight surcharge is waived. Victoria state wide. Regional fee is waived above $800

 

Pet Accessories

All Orders must be over $800 Delivery Fee of $55 will be applied to all metro areas and a $75 Delivery Free on Regional

all shipments interstate are subject to delivery fee variation (weight/ delivery format)

Dead on Arrival (D.O.A.) Policy

Beyond Aquatics Wholesale Aquarium Enterprises (Beyond Aquatics Wholesale Aquarium Enterprises ) requires all customers to report any fish received deceased upon delivery (D.O.A.) promptly and in accordance with the following procedure:

​

1. Documentation Requirement:
   All claims must be supported by clear photographic evidence showing the deceased fish inside the original delivery bag, taken immediately upon opening the shipment.

2. Timeframe for Submission:
   Such images must be submitted on the same day as delivery. Late submissions will not be considered.

3. Reporting Method:
   Claims and supporting images must be emailed to: support@beyondaquatics.com.au

4. Resolution:
   Upon verification, Beyond Aquatics Wholesale Aquarium Enterprises will either issue a replacement of the affected stock or provide a credit toward the customer’s next order, at the Company’s discretion.

5. ​

This policy applies to all tropical and marine fish supplied by Beyond Aquatics Wholesale Aquarium Enterprises.

INTERSTATE SHIPPING:

VIC - QLD - NSW - ACT - SA (AIRPORT TO AIRPORT) OR GLOBAL EXPRESS FREIGHT FEES ARE BASED ON PER BOX (VIRGIN CARGO/QANTAS FREIGHT/GLOBAL EXPRESS)

 

WA- ALL RETAIL CUSTOMERS MUST HOLD CORRECT DOCUMENTATION FOR IMPORTATION- THIS WILL BE PROVIDED TO US UPON YOUR APPLICATION BEING APPROVED.                                            FOR MORE INFORMATION

TAS-(YOU MUST HAVE PROPER PERMITS)  THIS NEEDS TO BE EMAILED TO US UPON EVERY ORDER YOU PLACE WITH US INCASE WE DO NOT HAVE THIS, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH ALL STATE QUARANTINE LAWS.

Facility Access Policy

​

Due to operational constraints and limited staffing, our facility is restricted to authorised personnel only. While we appreciate the value of in-person selection, we kindly request that retail partners refrain from visiting the premises. Instead, we will arrange periodic visits to your store to assist with stock selection. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this period. Stock Lists & Account Access

 

1. Stock List Availability:

The Company makes every reasonable effort to maintain up-to-date stock lists on a monthly basis. However, availability may vary due to supply fluctuations. Customers may submit back-in-stock requests and will be notified when items become available.

 

2. Confidentiality:

Stock lists and related pricing information are confidential and proprietary to Beyond Aquatics Wholesale Aquarium Enterprises. These documents must not be shared with any third party outside the customer’s organisation without prior written consent from the Company.

 

3. Access Verification:

The Company reserves the right to request proof of employment or authorisation for any individual seeking access to wholesale information.

 

4. Unavailability of Stock Lists:

In the event that stock lists are temporarily unavailable due to updates, customers are encouraged to contact support@beyondaquatics.com.au for specific stock inquiries.

 

5. Account Security:

Login credentials provided to business accounts are strictly confidential and must not be shared with any unauthorised individual. Any breach of this condition may result in immediate suspension or termination of the business account, at the Company’s sole discretion.

 A) if this occurs while orders have been placed /paid for but not yet dispatched it will be up to Beyond Aquatics Wholesale Enterprises to issue you a refund. but shall be cancelled and all access will be removed.

​

B) if this occurs after order has been placed and paid for and is about to be dispatched your order will be cancelled. this will be up to Beyond Aquatics Wholesale Enterprises discretion to issue a refund if such a breach shall occur. Your access will be removed. You will not be able to appy for 2 years.

​

6.Retail Business Accounts.

Please Read Carefully.

Beyond Aquatics Wholesale Enterprises likes to make contact with our customers. Via email and sometimes message. If we do not hear back from you, via message or by email, if you have not logged into your account in over a month we may limit your account access and remove you from our stock list updates. If this occurs please be advised you will need to reapply for a wholesale trade account.

If any accounts are outstanding this will need to be cleared up before an account can be reopened.

It is up to the Retailer to sort out any issues with accounts or anything outstanding.  Beyond Aquatics Enterprises would like to build on going relationships with our retailers..

7. Documentation Required:

Please upload photo documentation of your store along with your business registration/ lease Agreement./ import permits ect
