These documents must not be shared with any third party outside the customer’s organisation without prior written consent from the Company. 3. Access Verification: The Company reserves the right to request proof of employment or authorisation for any individual seeking access to wholesale information. 4. Unavailability of Stock Lists: In the event that stock lists are temporarily unavailable due to updates, customers are encouraged to contact support@beyondaquatics.com.au for specific stock inquiries. 5. Account Security: Login credentials provided to business accounts are strictly confidential and must not be shared with any unauthorised individual. Any breach of this condition may result in immediate suspension or termination of the business account, at the Company’s sole discretion. A) if this occurs while orders have been placed /paid for but not yet dispatched it will be up to Beyond Aquatics Wholesale Enterprises to issue you a refund. but shall be cancelled and all access will be removed. B) if this occurs after order has been placed and paid for and is about to be dispatched your order will be cancelled. this will be up to Beyond Aquatics Wholesale Enterprises discretion to issue a refund if such a breach shall occur.
