Dead on Arrival (D.O.A.) Policy
Beyond Aquatics Wholesale Aquarium Enterprises (Beyond Aquatics Wholesale Aquarium Enterprises ) requires all customers to report any fish received deceased upon delivery (D.O.A.) promptly and in accordance with the following procedure:

Documentation Requirement:
All claims must be supported by clear photographic evidence showing the deceased fish inside the original delivery bag, taken immediately upon opening the shipment. -
Timeframe for Submission:
Such images must be submitted on the same day as delivery. Late submissions will not be considered. -
Reporting Method:
Claims and supporting images must be emailed to: support@beyondaquatics.com.au -
Resolution:
Upon verification, Beyond Aquatics Wholesale Aquarium Enterprises will either issue a replacement of the affected stock or provide a credit toward the customer’s next order, at the Company’s discretion. -

This policy applies to all tropical and marine fish supplied by Beyond Aquatics Wholesale Aquarium Enterprises.

Facility Access Policy
​
Due to operational constraints and limited staffing, our facility is restricted to authorised personnel only. While we appreciate the value of in-person selection, we kindly request that retail partners refrain from visiting the premises. Instead, we will arrange periodic visits to your store to assist with stock selection. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this period. Stock Lists & Account Access
1. Stock List Availability:
The Company makes every reasonable effort to maintain up-to-date stock lists on a monthly basis. However, availability may vary due to supply fluctuations. Customers may submit back-in-stock requests and will be notified when items become available.
2. Confidentiality:
Stock lists and related pricing information are confidential and proprietary to Beyond Aquatics Wholesale Aquarium Enterprises. These documents must not be shared with any third party outside the customer’s organisation without prior written consent from the Company.
3. Access Verification:
The Company reserves the right to request proof of employment or authorisation for any individual seeking access to wholesale information.
4. Unavailability of Stock Lists:
In the event that stock lists are temporarily unavailable due to updates, customers are encouraged to contact support@beyondaquatics.com.au for specific stock inquiries.
5. Account Security:
Login credentials provided to business accounts are strictly confidential and must not be shared with any unauthorised individual. Any breach of this condition may result in immediate suspension or termination of the business account, at the Company’s sole discretion.
A) if this occurs while orders have been placed /paid for but not yet dispatched it will be up to Beyond Aquatics Wholesale Enterprises to issue you a refund. but shall be cancelled and all access will be removed.

B) if this occurs after order has been placed and paid for and is about to be dispatched your order will be cancelled. this will be up to Beyond Aquatics Wholesale Enterprises discretion to issue a refund if such a breach shall occur. Your access will be removed. You will not be able to appy for 2 years.
6. Documentation Required:
Please upload photo documentation of your store along with your business registration/ lease Agreement.
By engaging in business with Beyond Aquatics Wholesale Aquarium Enterprises, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with the above policies.
